1. We make Jesus Christ real to all the people of our community. We believe that He is absolutely central to life.
2. We open the doors to all types of people, believing that Christ died for them and can transform their lives.
3. We impact the very nature of our community for good and show Christ's ways to them.
4. We train good leaders and workers in Christ, who are willing to have a servant heart, to be bold in ministry and to be dependant and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
5. We think beyond ourselves and contribute to the bigger world in our understanding, evangelism, missions and in the caring ministries.
